Functionality
Create a User
Step 1
Click ‘Invite User’.

Step 2
Fill in the mandatory details then click OK.

Click the button: located in the top right corner of the page to prompt the ‘Add User’ pop-up window.
Fill out the following mandatory fills:
Organisation
Role
Email
First name
Last name
Click ‘OK’. The user’s details will appear in the screen.

An email will be sent to the user to complete the onboarding process.

Once the user completes onboarding, the user status is updated to ‘Active’.

To indicate an invite email has been sent to the user, you will see under column ‘Active’:
