Mandatory Fields
Depending on the document type, some fields are mandatory and are required to correctly create cargo. Below are the required fields for some documents by excel sheet tabs.
Sofrana Discharge list –
Tab: NZTRG – Final POD, Consignee Fullname.
All other tabs – Vessel, Voy, DPORT.
Sofrana Load list –
Tab: Sofrana Containers – Vessel, Vessel/Voyage, Loading Port
Tab: Breakbulk – Vessel, Vessel/Voyage, Loading Port
Tab: Transshipment – Vessel, Vessel/Voyage, Loading Port
Tab: Operator (NPDL or PFL) – Vessel/Voyage, Loading Port
PDF Document Errors:
