This page allows users to manage uploaded documents that are stuck in error. This shows all errors across all vessel visits.

Layout

The grid displays the list of documents with processing errors. The documents can be searched for using vessel visit and exchange type or by ordering the column fields by clicking the headers on of the grid. The grid will show the list of documents with processing errors.

Default order is by latest date uploaded descending.

Under header ‘Options’ are the following features:

  • Icon image-20240911-211242.png allows for a document preview window to open. Here, the document can also be downloaded using the icon image-20240911-211454.png

  • Icon image-20240911-211313.pngImage Removed image-20241008-195946.pngImage Added allows users to navigate to fix the document error.

  • Icon image-20241008-195845.pngImage Added to retry resubmits the same document.

Filters

User can use filters to narrow down their search of documents in error.

  1. Clear filters: will remove all selected filters.

  2. ‘Select Vessel Visit’: search the vessel and select from the prompted drop-down.

  3. ‘Exchange Type’: ‘Discharge’ refers to imports (CIDO records) and ‘Load’ refers to exports (CEDO records).

Fix

To fix the problem, click the fix icon. This will open a display window of the document stuck in error.
