Users

  1. Click the button: image-20240802-043813.png located in the top right corner of the page to prompt the ‘Add User’ pop-up window.

  2. Fill out the following mandatory fills:

    • Organisation

    • Role

    • Email

    • First name

    • Last name

  3. Click ‘OK’. The user’s details will appear in the screen. To indicate an invite email has been sent to the user, you will see under column ‘Active’: image-20240802-044430.png

Info

The user will need to follow the prompt in the email invite to complete onboarding. Once this has been done, the user will be showing as active with icon: image-20240802-045039.png

Edit

Users

To trigger the editing pop-up window, click the ‘Edit’ icon found under the ‘Options’ column header: image-20240804-204344.pngImage Added

The email and organisation cannot be edited. Multiple roles can be added against one user. At least one role is mandatory for a user. Click ‘OK’ to make the changes.

Delete users

To delete a user, click the ‘Delete’ icon found under the ‘Options’ column header: image-20240804-222523.pngImage Added and confirm this choice.

Activate/De-activate Users

An active user is signified by the check mark under column header ‘Active’ image-20240804-223437.pngImage Added

To de-activate a user, click the check box to un-check it. Only active users can be de-activated.

Filters

  1. Select any individual role or ‘All’ roles to filter users by. Each is a button.

  2. ‘Invite Only’ can be checked and unchecked to show the invited users.

  3. ‘Active Only’ can be checked and unchecked to show users that are active and invited.

  4. Clear filters: this icon is a button that clears set filters.

  5. Search field used to filter users by name or email.

Info

To see de-activated users, uncheck both the ‘Invite only’ and ‘Active only’ filters.
