Summary
This page allows users to manage uploaded documents that are stuck in error.
Layout
The documents can be searched for using vessel visit and exchange type or by ordering the fields by clicking the headers of the grid. The grid will show the list of documents with processing errors.
Under header ‘Options’ are the following features:
Icon
allows for a document preview window to open. Here, the document can also be downloaded using the iconIcon
allows users to navigate to fix the document error.
Filters
User can use filters to narrow down their search of documents in error.
Clear filters: will remove all selected filters.
‘Select Vessel Visit’: search the vessel and select from the prompted drop-down.
‘Exchange Type’: ‘Discharge’ refers to imports (CIDO records) and ‘Load’ refers to exports (CEDO records).
