  2. Changed Hazardous contact positioning in XML Format section. Now at level 4 instead of level 5. this affects the following fields
    1. contactName
    2. contactPhone
  3. Updated the Applicable Port section in the XML Format to reflect that a number of fields are now available for all ports.
