When will the invoice be sent?

Invoices will no longer be sent in the first week of each month.

Who will the invoice be sent to?

Invoices will be sent to the Admin user(s) from each company. If you want us to send invoices to a specific email address then please contact info@portconnect.co.nz 

When are payments due?

Payments are required on the 20th of the following month. Invoices and statements are sent out on the first week of the month. You can log into stripe and download your invoices on request.

How do I unsubscribe?

  • Make sure your account has no outstanding invoices

  • Email info@portconnect.co.nz to request to cancel your subscriptionIf you have an active subscription against your user account, you will have the option to ‘Manage Subscription’.

  • The cancellation will only apply to the Detailed Track & Trace service.
