Summary

The Organisation page has the following functionality

  • Create and maintain Organisations.

  • These Organisations are used against vessel visits and user creation.

  • Assign Types to Organisations. Each Organisation can have be assigned multiple types‘Types’. The type Type determines its the visibility that users have across vessel visit.visits

  • Organisations marked as Shipping Line/ Agent and Stevedores are used in Vessel vessel visits.

  • Organisations are also used as a source ‘Source’ when uploading a document.

To create an organisation, click the ‘Create’ button found to the top right of the page: image-20240808-041746.pngImage Added. A pop-up window to ‘Add Organisation’ will show. Complete the fields and click ‘OK’.

This will add the organisation to the grid.

Info

Multiple ‘Type[s]’ can be added to the organisation.

Edit an Organisation

To edit an organisation’s details click the corresponding ‘Edit’ button: image-20240809-051134.pngImage Added to prompt the pop-up window in which the fields can be edited.

To edit an address, click the button: image-20240809-052433.pngImage Added this will prompt a pop-up window with multiple tabs for the billing, physical and postal addresses. These fields can be filled out.

The icon button: image-20240809-052701.pngImage Added clears all entered address details in that tab.

Deactivate/Activate an Organisation

Un-check the checkbox to deactivate an organisation. It should show as: image-20240809-051533.pngImage Added

Click the un-checked checkbox to activate an organisation. It should show as: image-20240809-051511.pngImage Added

Filters

  1. Clears filters previously selected.

  2. Search filter for text.

  3. ‘Active Only’: unchecked will include inactive records as well as active. Checked will filter for only active.
