Users can subscribe to a Depot view. The depot section sits at the bottom of the Track & Trace screen and shows Gate In and Gate Out information at OneStop over 18 depots and including the Ports of Auckland Link facility. A full list of depots is available here, Container Park list

Note: Depot records only become visible in the Track & Trace screen once the container has gated in at a depot facility.

The depot view is a separate service to Subscribed Track & Trace and users can subscribe to the view even if they are not currently registered for Subscribed Track & Trace. However, Subscribed Track & Trace users do have access to a greater level of detail such as specific gate times.

When will the invoice be sent?

Invoices will be sent in the first week of each month.

Who will the invoice be sent to?

Invoices will be sent to the Admin user(s) from each company. If you want us to send invoices to a specific email address then please contact info@portconnect.co.nz 

When are payments due?

Payments are required on the 20th of the following month. Invoices and statements are sent out on the first week of the monthno longer be sent. You can log into stripe and download your invoices on request.

How do I unsubscribe?

  • Make sure your account has no outstanding invoices

  • Email info@portconnect.co.nz to request to cancel your subscriptionIf you have an active subscription against your user account, you will have the option to ‘Manage Subscription’ on the pricing page and remove your credit card details.

  • The cancellation will only apply to the Detailed Track & Trace service.
