You will receive an email with a link. Click on Reset my PortConnect password.

If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, first check your junk email box and if the email is not there then go back to the login screen and start the process again. If you still do not receive the Password Reset email then your email address might not be the one that is registered against the account. In this case contact your Admin user or info@portconnect.co.nz for further assistance. |

Sign-in/Sign Up
Click on ‘Reset Password’
Click on ‘Forgot your password?’
Enter your email address associated with your account.
Click ‘Send verification code’
An email will be sent to your account with a verification code. Copy this code from your email and enter it in the ‘Verification code’ field.
Click ‘Verify code’
Click on ‘Continue’ (if the email address displayed is not the account you want to reset a password for, click on ‘Change’ to switch email address accounts)
Enter your new password (twice to confirm)
