Roles

Summary

Roles are assigned to Users and allow them to have access to different functionality in BBMS.

The Roles page allows users to:

• Create and maintain Roles.

• Assign relevant permissions against Roles.

Functionality

Create a Role

To create a role, click the ‘Add Role’ button found to the top right of the page:

A pop-up window will be prompted. The Role Name and Role Description are mandatory fields to be completed before clicking ‘OK’ to complete the adding of role.

Edit a Role

Editing a role involves adding and deleting permissions.

Select a permission from the drop down and click the + icon to add.

Delete a role

To delete a role, click the ‘Delete’ icon: The capability to delete roles is only available for certain roles.
