Version 1

Each subscription relates to a single event type, however multiple containers/bookings can be included. 

For version 1, a new subscription is created for every unique combination of PortCode, Category, EventTypeCode and FacilityCode . If a subscription already exists for a particular combination then:

• containers/bookings are added to that subscription

• the emails are replaced

You must pass either WebhookURI and WebhookToken or an EmailAddressList to create a subscription. Both are not required
